The hardest deployments are not in San Francisco.

We put engineers inside Gulf companies that never ran on software, and stay until the work runs on AI. We are hiring engineers, deployment specialists and business development, in Muscat.

Five roles, all full-time. Apply to the one closest to what you have done.

The work

Three kinds of work, one team. Each starts inside a Gulf company's day, and ends when the work runs on its own.

Build it where the work happens

What does the work look like at seven in the morning?

  • Sit with the people who run it

On site from the start of their working day, writing down how the process really runs, in the systems and on paper.

  • Build the agent around their systems

Connections to the ERP, WhatsApp and email, the thresholds the team sets, and the Arabic and English the work arrives in.

  • Test it on their past cases

Before anything goes live, the agent runs on real past cases, and the team marks what good looks like.

  • Stay until it runs without you

Measure against the baseline, tune until the numbers move, hand over, and start on the next process.

Who we are looking for

People who have made something work inside someone else's operation, and want the harder version of the problem.

  1. 01

You have shipped software into someone else's operation and stayed until it worked.

  2. 02

You can sit with an operations manager at seven in the morning and with a model at midnight.

  3. 03

You care about the outcome more than the stack.

  4. 04

You would rather be on site than on a call, and you listen before you build.

  5. 05

You write things down, so the next person starts from what you learned.

  6. 06

You say plainly what will work and what will not, to the person who owns the decision.

  7. 07

Arabic helps in every role, and matters most for our Muscat team.

How we work

A small team, close to the work. Four habits we hire for and keep.

What candidates ask

Which role should I apply for?

The one closest to what you have done. Tell us in your answer if another role would suit you better.

Do I need to speak Arabic?

English is required for every role. Arabic helps in all of them, and matters most for our Muscat team.

How much of the work is on site?

Most of it, for engineers and deployment specialists: the work happens inside the customer's operation. Business development is in meetings with the people who run it.

How long should my answer be?

As long as it takes to show what you made work, the people who ran it, and what changed. Most good answers fit on a page.

Can I use AI to write it?

Use AI the way you would on the job, and tell us where you did.

Apply

Four short fields and one question. Our team reads every application.

Use AI the way you would on the job. Tell us where you did.

We never ask candidates for payment, at any stage.
