## What every agent may do

Four verbs, the same for every agent, whatever its process.

- **Reads.** The record and your systems, where the data already is.
- **Proposes.** The quote, the order, the reminder or the declaration, drafted for a person to see.
- **Writes, within your thresholds.** To your systems and the record, only what you have allowed it to write alone.
- **Asks, above them.** The person you named, with the case prepared and everything it read.

## In Arabic and English

Customers write in the language they think in. The order in the example came in on WhatsApp, and the agent reads it and answers in the language it came in.

## Most companies here have tried AI. Few can point to the earnings.
