The stones:

- **Delivery notes.** Before: Printed, signed on a tailgate, typed in later. After: Read, matched and acted on the same hour.
- **Collections.** Before: Overdue invoices chased from memory and voice notes. After: Every account followed up on time, in Arabic or English, with a record of what was said.
- **Purchase orders.** Before: A stamped form, photographed and sent on WhatsApp. After: Read, checked against the quote and the budget, and approved by the right person.
- **Inventory.** Before: Counts in one branch's spreadsheet that the next branch never sees. After: One picture of stock across branches, updated as goods move.
- **Supplier calls.** Before: A lead time promised on the phone and remembered by one person. After: Each call logged, each promise tracked, each delay flagged before it reaches the customer.
- **Approvals.** Before: A signature chased across the building. After: The decision reaches the right person with the evidence, and one tap settles it.
- **Quotations.** Before: Priced from memory and last year's list. After: Drafted from the record of what was sold, at what price, to whom.
- **Customs.** Before: Declarations assembled by hand from invoices and packing lists. After: Drafted from the documents already on file and checked before they are submitted.
- **Service bookings.** Before: A call, a paper diary and a customer waiting for a call back. After: Booked against bay capacity and parts on hand, confirmed in minutes.
- **Dispatch.** Before: The morning plan lives on a whiteboard and in the dispatcher's head. After: Every job assigned against live stock, drivers and promises.
- **Operating record.** Every stone writes to it and reads from it. It is what stays when the frame comes away.
- **Engineers.** The frame that holds each stone while it is set, then comes away.

## The work never made it into software.

For decades, Western companies moved their operations into software. Today's AI automates what that software left behind. Across the Gulf, much of the work skipped that era: delivery notes signed on a tailgate, stamped forms, spreadsheets that never leave the branch, and calls and voice notes that decide what moves next.

With no software to replace, nothing stands between the work and the AI. Every deployment starts closer to the ground, so every deployment covers more distance.

## Diagnose. Deploy. Compound.

1. **Diagnose.** Two weeks on site with the people who do the work. We map how it actually moves, not how the process manual says it moves, and record a baseline with you.
