# The hardest deployments are not in San Francisco.

We put engineers inside Gulf companies that never ran on software, and stay until the work runs on AI.

## What the work is

- On site, with operators, from the start of their working day.
- Arabic and English on the same document, the same call, the same screen.
- Data that must stay in the country, in clouds and buildings you do not control.
- Systems that are spreadsheets, phone calls and paper, and the best AI products from Silicon Valley to replace them.

## Tracks

- **Founding forward-deployed engineer.** Full-time. San Francisco, with rotations in Muscat. You lead deployments and set how we build.
- **Fellows.** Per engagement. Architecture, reviews and escalations on specific engagements, paid per engagement. Fellows confirm their current employment terms permit outside work.
- **Deployment engineers.** Full-time. Muscat. You run deployments on site in Oman and become the reason they work.

## What we look for

- You have shipped software into someone else's operation and stayed until it worked.
- You can sit with an operations manager at seven in the morning and with a model at midnight.
- You care about the outcome more than the stack.
- Arabic helps. It is required for the Muscat track, not for San Francisco.

## How we work

Small teams. Founders in the field. We are early, and the people who join now decide how this is built.
