### 1. Our team reads it

Your message goes to our team, not to a call centre. One of us reads it and answers on the channel you chose: email, WhatsApp or a call.

### 2. A conversation about the work

We ask how the work runs today: who does it, in which systems, and where the time goes. The engineer who would build it with you joins the conversation.

### 3. Scope and price, in writing

After the first conversation we send scope and price in writing: the process we start with, what we build, and how it is measured against your own numbers.

### 4. Engineers on site

A named engineer works on your premises beside the people who run the process, writes down how it really runs, and records the baseline before anything changes.

### Who will I talk to?

Our team. The engineer who would build with you joins the conversation about the work.

### Do we need an introduction?

No. Most engagements begin with one, and the form asks who introduced you, but you can write to us directly.

### Where does our data go?

Bring your data rules. Where it runs explains where the records and the models run, country by country.

### Can our IT team review you first?

Yes. Data security lists what we put in writing and how to run your review, before anyone visits.

### What does it cost to start?

We send scope and price in writing after the first conversation. There is no price list.

### Will you name our company?

No. We use what you send only to reply, and we never name a company that writes to us.
