# We put AI to work inside Gulf companies.

Qantara sends engineers into the companies that run the Gulf's logistics, distribution, manufacturing and automotive work, to build AI into the operation itself, in Arabic and English. We stay until it runs on the real workflow. We are based in Muscat and work across the Gulf.

## What we do

1. Engineers inside the operation: A named engineer works on your premises beside the people who run the process, and writes down how it really runs before anything changes.

2. AI built on how you run: Agents work inside your ERP and on the channels your customers already use, and every one writes to a single record of your operation.

3. The best of Silicon Valley, brought in: Through our partners, the AI being made in Silicon Valley reaches Gulf companies, deployed under each country's rules and supported on the ground.

The work of the Gulf still runs on paper, phone calls and spreadsheets. We put AI inside it, on site, in Arabic and English.

## How we work

From the first morning on site to the day your team runs it without us. Four steps, the same at every company.

### Embed: A named engineer, on your premises

- Sit with the people who run it: From the start of their working day, beside the team that does the work, in the systems and on paper.

- Write down how it really runs: Every step, every exception and every message, the way the work is done rather than the way it is described.

- Record the baseline: How long it takes, how often it goes wrong and what it costs, before anything changes.

- Choose the first process: The one that costs the most time, agreed with you before anything is built.

### Build: Agents built around your systems

- Connect what you already run: Your ERP, WhatsApp and email, reached where the data already is. Nothing is replaced.

- Set your thresholds: What the agent may do alone, and above which limit a person on your team approves.

- Arabic and English, from the start: Voice notes, messages and documents read in the language they arrive in.

- Tried on real cases: Your team tries it on past cases as it takes shape, and marks what good looks like.

### Measure: Read on your own numbers

- The same reading as the baseline: The results are read the same way as before anything changed, so the comparison is fair.

- With the people who run the work: Reviewed every week with your team, not presented to it.

- Tuned until they move: The agent is adjusted where the results fall short, and its limits widen only when they hold.

- Every action on the record: What the agent did, who approved it and what happened next, kept in your country.

### Hand over: It runs without us

- Your team runs it: Approvals, thresholds and exceptions handled by the people who own the work.

- Written down: How it works, what it reads and what to do when something changes, in your language.

- The next process: The second agent starts from what the first agent wrote, so it is built on what the record already knows.

- Then the branches: Branches and group companies follow, one at a time.

## What we believe

The mindset we hire for, and hold each other to.

> The best AI in the world is worth nothing until it works at seven in the morning, in Arabic, for the person who has to use it.

1. Start where the work is: The answers are on the warehouse floor and at the branch counter, not in the meeting about them. We go there first.

2. Do the simple thing that works: The smallest agent that removes real work, shipped and used, beats the ambitious one still being planned.

3. Their numbers, not ours: We are judged on the customer's own figures, read the same way before and after. Nothing else counts as done.

4. Arabic is not a translation: The way people really write and speak in the Gulf is the product, not a setting added at the end.

5. Say it plainly: We tell people what will work and what will not, before they pay for it, and write down what we promise.

6. Leave it running: We are finished when the team runs it without us, and the next process starts from what we left behind.

## Two sides of one bridge

- Partners: Silicon Valley and frontier technology companies whose AI belongs inside Gulf operations, and who want it deployed properly, in Arabic, under each country's rules.

- Gulf partners: The companies that run the Gulf's logistics, distribution, manufacturing and automotive work, where much of it still runs on paper, phone calls and spreadsheets.

### The partner program

Technology partners embed their products in the work we deploy. We make the introductions, integrate and deploy their technology inside Gulf companies, in Arabic and English and under each country's data rules, and support it on the ground. They reach a market they could not reach alone; Gulf companies get the best AI, working on their own data.
